A blend vial is one cake with two names on the label. Reconstitute the total milligrams. Dose math is on that combined concentration unless your instructions split each peptide separately.

Total milligrams, not one peptide

If the vial is 10 mg BPC-157 plus 10 mg TB-500, the cake is 20 mg. That 20 mg is what you divide by the BAC water. Mixing as if it were 10 mg doubles the concentration and doubles every syringe reading.

Worked example (BPC-157 / TB-500 10 mg + 10 mg)

Label total: 20 mg. BAC water: 2 mL. Combined concentration: 10 mg/mL.

If the instructions use 500 mcg of each peptide at once, that is 1 mg combined, which is 0.10 mL, 10 units on a U-100 syringe.

If the two peptides are in separate vials, do not use this. Run each vial on its own calculator. A blend only shares math when they share a cake.

What the calculator is doing

Same reconstitution arithmetic as a single peptide: concentration = total mg / mL of water. Volume = combined milligrams in the dose / concentration. Units = mL times 100 on a U-100 syringe. The names on the label do not change the division.
